Last week this blog reached 400 followers via Google friend connect. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am, when I first started out with this little baby I didn't expect to get 40 followers nevermind over 400. It really does make my day every time I see a new reader, of course this isn't my sole reason for my blogging, but it's always nice to know someone is interested in what you have to post.

Congratulations on 400 followers hun! I've so enjoyed popping along and taking a peek at your finds since I came across your lovely blog :-) (shame about the lack of teacups when you came to Ashbourne though!)
My favourite thing to do in the summer generally is ride horses! Not that I've done so for a few years now I no longer have my own horse, but nothing quite beats it for me, hacking out in beautiful scenery and having the odd gallop across the fields. Though the last few summers I've enjoyed reading outdoors, barbecuing and popping to lots of fetes and fairs with friends. I'm more a winter gal but there is definitely some fun to be had in summer :-) Especially if you can afford festival tickets! Lol

Wow 400 followers that's fantastic and well deserved! My favourite thing to do in the Summer is a walk on the beach early evening with the dogs when the beach isn't too busy and the sun is ready to set. Its a really nice time of the day xx

As boring as it is, my favourite thing to do is camping. To me, you can't really beat sitting around a fire, eating crap food & drinking to your hearts content with all your friends, especially if at a festival! The experiences and memories you gain make all the midgey bites & weeing in bushes completely worth it!

Ohh my favourite thing to do, and I know this sounds odd, but I love getting a good book, or my ipod and laying on my trampoline and having a sunbathe and a relaxing snooze. The sun hits it just right and it's so cosy and lovely. Sleeping outside in the garden or just laying there in the sun without any loud noise or dusturbance is bliss. I love it.

I know this is a very simple pleasure, but I love it in summer when the weather is nice enough for us to have our teabreaks at work outside in the courtyard. If it's nice enough to squeeze in a bit of sunbathing in the gardens whilst eating my lunch, even better!

The thing I'm most looking forward to about this summer, is not the most exciting thing, but it's simply playing in the garden with my nephew. He's 2 years old & he just loves being outside & it's so nice when the sun's shining & we can do things in the garden, be it: football, golf, tennis, racing, bug watching, looking at flowers, paddling pool, blowing bubbles (all things I love doing with him, because he enjoys them so much!)

My favourite thing to do in the summer months is go surfing. Scotland is nice but preferably newquay in cornwall. Its a bit of a long journey for me but I've managed to do it almost every year without fail since I've been 16. The place just epitomises summer for me. The surfing, the beaches, the cute and quirky shops, and my favourite place in the whole world, Cafe Irie! I even got irie tattooed under my locket and key to remind me how special a place it is to me :) anyways, I'll stop blabbing now. But thank you for the lovely giveaway, fingers crossed! xx
