As some of you may be aware, last Friday 29th April, a few members of the Royal family got together to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Catherine Middleton. Since my friends and I didn't get an invite to this exclusive little event we decided to get together and throw our own Royal wedding themed party.
It looked something like this.
(L-R Rich, Joe, Clement, Nick, Louise, Amy, Mimi, Me)
We really had the best day, not only was I in great company, but I absolutely cannot get enough of English buffet food, it was really nice to be able to get dressed up too. If any of you are interested the dress is from Tesco's F&F range and the shoes are old faithful Primark.

It looks like you have a wonderful time!! I didn't get out to a Royal Wedding party I was invited to in the end, so the fella and I utilised my vintage china and munched our way through a handful of pastries each like the sweet tooths we are :-P

ahhh what a fantastic get-together, especially deliciously-looking the chocolate cake, wow! I live in Spain, so we didn't have a day off to organise a party or anything of the sort. However, I spent the morning and afternoon watching the wedding madness on the BBC website, whilst on Skype with my man (he works abroad) as we both watched the broadcast and commented on every single detail of the event. He noticed the cars and aircrafts, I was more focused on THE Dress and what everyone else was wearing :P

You all looked fab and that buffet looks so delicious! I wasn't going to watch the wedding but I couldn't resist and sat to watch it with a couple of tea and some Thorntons chocalates but wish I'd made a buffet now! xx
